I traveled to Colorado last week for Amy and Jeff’s engagement session! We had a lot of fun and spent the first day scouting out locations, with the second day dedicated to the shoot. Amy & Jeff are planning an August ’11 wedding! Here are some of my favorites:

Holly and I were friends in high school in Portland, and we never really lost touch. She and her fiance, Cory are getting married this coming October in California! We met them in San Diego for their engagement session last weekend and had a blast catching up and photographing! Best wishes to Holly and Cory! I wish I could be at the wedding with you guys! The morning after their wedding in Del Mar, Beth & Ryan met me at the San Diego shore for a Trash the Dress portrait session! We had so much fun, wading through the cold water. The scenery was gorgeous and we couldn’t have asked for better weather. Here’s some photos!

Rick and I flew to California this weekend for Beth and Ryan’s wedding. The weather and scenery change was perfect for us this time of the year! It was gorgeous in Del Mar and San Diego, where we did their day-after session (More about that one to come!).
Beth and Ryan are an amazing couple. Beth is extremely kind, Ryan is laid back, and they both have a serious love for their little puppy, Sid Vicious! The wedding took place on a hill next to Ryan’s mother’s house, over looking Del Mar, with a beautiful view of the beach. After the ceremony, they traveled by trolley to Brigantine Restaurant for the reception. Everyone danced through the evening, with Rick leading them in his version of “Thriller” at one point!

Shannon and David were married this past weekend in Phoenix, Arizona. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a beautiful church! The inside decor was truly gorgeous! Stacey & Andrew met each other as dancers on the Movin’ Out tour! They renewed their vows this past weekend at the First Southern Baptist Church in Scottsdale. During the reception at Aviano, the bridal party broke out into choreographed dances! Everyone had a part in the show and it was entertaining for all of the guests to see what talent was present! Little Kyra was cute as ever, and she had her own part in the performance as well. There are a lot of highlights to this wedding but here are my favorites narrowed down..

We had a great time early yesterday morning running around North Phoenix and Scottsdale with Stacey and Andrew. Their wedding is this coming Saturday and they wanted to get some fun dance shots beforehand. Check these out!
After that, we went over to take some portraits of their adorable daughter, Kyra. What a sweetheart she is! Such a big smile…and if you look close enough, you can see a tiny little tooth in there!

Jilliane and Joseph were married last weekend! The beautiful ceremony took place at Brophy Chapel, a gorgeous church and school from which Joseph graduated. Afterward, we went out to Talking Sticks Golf Resort for the reception. It was really hard to choose my favorites from this wedding as I truly loved each and every detail! Here are the ones I could narrow it down to in the end…Congratulations!
